BodySync GLP-1 programs start at $200/month — no 12-month commitments, no paying upfront for the entire program, no surprise fees for follow-up visits. A one-time $50 consult fee applies to all new patients. After that, ongoing care with Diane is part of the program. Many online telehealth platforms lock you into annual contracts or charge separately for every visit and message. That's not how I work. Vitamin and metabolic injection supplies start at $100/month. Oral appetite and weight loss medications are also available — some as low as $125/month — pricing is discussed at your consult.
Lab work is required before starting your program and is available for purchase through VGM Health — completed at a Quest Diagnostics or Labcorp location near you. If you have labs from another provider completed within the past four months, you will be asked to provide them for Diane to review — additional labs may or may not be needed depending on what was tested.
Is this covered by insurance?
Most weight loss medications and programs are not covered by insurance. I'll always be upfront about costs so there are no surprises.
Do I have to come in person?
No — I offer telehealth throughout Illinois. In-person visits are available in Springfield for those who prefer them. Most patients manage their programs entirely via telehealth.
Can I add hormone evaluation, vitamin injections, or supplements to my program?
Absolutely. Many patients combine their weight loss program with vitamin and metabolic injections, targeted supplements, or hormone evaluation and optimization. Everything is built around what makes sense for you individually — and we can add or adjust as your program evolves.
Do you offer support after I reach my goal weight?
Yes — maintenance is part of the program, not an afterthought. We discuss a maintenance plan before you get there so the transition is smooth. Some patients continue on lower medication doses, others shift to lifestyle support only. We figure out what works best for you.
How is this different from online GLP-1 programs like Hims & Hers or Ro?
Those platforms are built around volume — questionnaire intake, no required labs, no live visits, and rotating providers you'll never meet again. At VGM Health you have a real consultation with me before anything is prescribed. I review your labs, know your history, and adjust your program based on how you're actually responding. One provider. Every time. That's not how those platforms work — and it makes a real difference in your outcomes.
